Legends are Unleashed in New Trailer for Dragons: Real Myths and Unreal Creatures

Giant Screen 3D film stars two-time Oscar® nominee Max Von Sydow

Henderson, Nevada [March 14, 2013] – Dragons are a very hot topic. But then, they have been for centuries.

Dragon mythology has existed across cultures and continents, inspiring stories of terror, heroics, majesty and national pride. These mythical creatures have influenced our art, architecture, science, literature, dreams, and now, IMAX® and Giant Screens.

In the recently released trailer for Dragons: Real Myths and Unreal Creatures, now on YouTube, you can witness stunning visuals and storytelling for yourself as the film journeys around the world, and back in time, to reveal our fascination with dragons from both Western and Eastern civilizations.

Dragons: Real Myths and Unreal Creatures, by Productions Thalie, immerses audiences in the mythology of dragons through the use of amazing computer-generated imagery and a unique docu-fictional approach. This is a traditional museum documentary with a new approach of actors telling the story and revealing the education contained within. As a cinematic experience, it is as unique as the legends it explores.

The World Premiere will take place at the IMAX des Galeries de la Capitale in Quebec City, Canada on June 13. The film stars legendary actor Max von Sydow (The Exorcist, Minority Report, Robin Hood, Shutter Island), with French Canadian actors Laurence Leboeuf (Foreverland, The Trouble With Cali, Musée Eden) and Serge Houde (The Kennedy’s).
